Through Blue Lotus Yoga

Join me, through Blue Lotus Yoga, for a 60 min yoga flow designed to reconnect you with your breath and with your body. We will explore the sensations of the breath while we slowly move, giving plenty of time for our awareness to settle down in the present moment.


Slow flow: Mondays and Fridays 7:45 am 

Deep Stretch: Tuesdays 9 am

Vinyasa: Wednesdays, 7:45 am; Thursdays 5:45 pm

All classes are virtual and in person.
