Gentle Yoga and Meditation

In this 80-90 min class, we will move slowly, preparing the body to sit in meditation at the end of class. We will focus on alignment and breath.

We will explore concepts of Yoga Philosophy and Mindfulness while we move and breathe, so at the end of class we might feel whole, and ready to share our true essence with all. 

Breathing exercise and 10 min meditation at the end.
