Join us for a slow paced yoga class that will leave you feeling grounded, present, and calmer.
In this 75 min class we will move through a series of different poses, linking the breath to the movement, and we will ground our awareness on the breath and on intentions that we create at the beginning of class.
We finish the class with a breathing exercise and a couple of minutes of contemplation.
